When he was in elementary school, he found a big white carp by chance in a nearby river and it broke his fishing rod. That's when he got hooked on fishing, and every day after school he would go fishing for carp and crucian carp in the nearby river. When he was in junior high school, he started carving lures out of wood, making handmade lures and fishing for sea bass in the nearby river. It was around this time that he started aiming to become a professional fisherman. At the age of 18, he got his driver's and boat license and traveled to spots all over Japan. At the age of 19, he traveled alone around the world, including a hitchhiking trip across the United States and a trip around Iceland. By the way, he almost died twice while crossing the United States. As an adult, he worked for a regular company, but he couldn't give up on a job related to fishing, so he spent three years studying 3D CAD, CAM, and other technologies essential for lure production on his own, and founded his current company, SUNNYONE.

オリジナルルアーメーカー_拍転写機

foiling machine

This machine transfers holographic foil onto lures using heat. It allows for high speed transfer and efficient work. The foil is made from Murata gold leaf, a Japanese product.

painting booth

We have six painting booths, and our experienced staff paints each item one by one.

DSC04275.jpg

painting booth

This is a machine for making molds for lead lures such as metal jigs.

DSC04249.jpg

painting booth

This machine uses centrifugal force to pour lead into a lure shape made with a vulcanizer.

_DSC0498.jpg

pad printing machine

This machine prints names onto lures. It uses silicone to transfer paint from a custom-made ink mold onto the curved surface of the lure.

DSC04438.jpg

Stereolithography Apparatus(SLA)

It is possible to produce lure samples with higher accuracy than with ordinary 3D printers.

オリジナルルアーメーカー_3Dプリンター

3D printer

It is used to check the rough shape of a lure in the early stages of development, and is also used to create various parts required for lure development.

DSC03056.jpg

Woodworking NC processing machine

This is a machine for cutting out lure blanks. We create 3D data based on lure samples or blueprints, and then mass produce them. It can accurately carve grooves for weights and wires.

オリジナルルアーメーカー_画像制作

photo booth

Photos to be used on lure product pages, etc. are taken with a single-lens reflex camera.
